Kalos Proposals privacy notice

Information used by the service

• Account information: your Google account identifier, name, email address, organization membership and access permissions.
• Work records: customer and property details, contact information, equipment, estimates, proposals, jobsite notes and the files or photos you choose to upload. These records can include confidential business and financial information.
• Audio and images: voice recordings and jobsite photos you choose to capture or upload. Microphone, camera and photo access are requested for the corresponding features.
• Service and security records: sign-in sessions, record changes, service requests and technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. Connection information may include an IP address and device or browser details.

Why information is processed

Information is used to authenticate users, enforce organization permissions, prepare and manage proposals, document site visits, generate documents, communicate about requested services and maintain service and security records. Optional assistance features process the content needed for the feature you request.

Who can receive information

Work records are available to authorized Kalos personnel according to their permissions. When an authorized user sends a proposal or shares a document, the intended recipient receives the selected content. Service providers process information needed for hosting, storage, authentication, messaging and requested application features. Google handles Google sign-in; the mobile app uses Median’s app platform.

External websites and apps opened from a link have their own privacy practices. Saving or sharing a file through your phone’s system controls sends it to the location or recipient you select. Keep confidential records in approved private destinations.

Device permissions and session storage

You can decline or revoke camera, microphone or photo access in your device settings; the corresponding feature may then be unavailable. The service uses cookies and local app or browser storage for sign-in and application operation. Sign out when using a shared device.

Retention and requests

Work records, access records and backups may be retained for service delivery, security and applicable business or legal obligations. Removing an account’s access does not automatically remove the organization’s work records.

Contact office@kalosflorida.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or account deactivation. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the records involved.
