Texts about proposals you request
Kalos Services Inc. uses this SMS program to send private links to proposals you request and to receive your questions about those proposals. This program does not send advertising campaigns. Message frequency varies with your requests and replies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choice
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can receive your proposal by email instead. Consent applies to the mobile number you provide and this proposal messaging program.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for assistance, call (352) 243-7099, or email office@kalosflorida.com. Toll-free carriers manage STOP and UNSTOP responses. Contact Kalos before requesting texts again after opting out. Delivery is subject to mobile network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we use SMS information
We record your mobile number, consent evidence, proposal message history, replies, and delivery status so we can provide the requested service, honor opt-outs, and maintain an audit record. Replies are available to authorized Kalos staff in the proposal tool. The assigned salesperson receives an email notification linking to the conversation.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share only the information needed with service providers that deliver and operate this messaging service, including Amazon Web Services and mobile carriers.
We retain consent and opt-out records to document your preferences and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact office@kalosflorida.com. Some records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or meet legal obligations.
Keep your proposal private
Your proposal link is intended for you. Anyone you forward it to may be able to view the proposal while the link is active. Please do not text payment card, banking, or other sensitive account information.
