Kalos Proposals is a work tool for authorized Kalos Services team members. It brings proposals, equipment selection, estimating tools and jobsite documentation into one place.
Account access
Sign in with your approved Kalos Google account. Your organization manages access and the records and features available to you. Contact your Kalos administrator if your account is not approved or your access needs to change.
Signing in on your phone
In the app, choose Sign in with Google. Note the code, continue in your phone’s browser, and sign in with your approved account. Enter the code to approve this sign-in, then return to Kalos Proposals. Start again if the code expires.
Photos, recordings and documents
Allow camera, photo or microphone access when you choose a feature that needs it. You can change permissions in your phone’s settings. An internet connection is required to sign in and work with saved records.
The private recovery-folder export requires a supported desktop browser. Open Kalos Proposals in Chrome or Edge on your computer to use that export.

Email office@kalosflorida.com or call (352) 243-7099. Include the app version, your device type and the steps that led to the problem. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or confidential customer records.
To request account deactivation or access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact the same address. Your organization may need to retain business records even after your access is removed.
